Jared, The Cowboy Runner

Isn't he so dang cute.(Don't tell him I said that) I can't believe I am so far behind with my blog, but school started today, so maybe I will catch up. Every year the 3rd, 4th and 5th graders have a track meet. Each child has to do two events. Last year it was so hot we got sunburned and ate Popsicles. This year,

it was so cold we had to wear coats and drink hot chocolate. I had to give me jacket up to a kid because he was shaking he was so cold. It was a crazy spring. Caleb loved cheering on the kids.

Jared did great. He isn't really a runner, but he came in 4th in his heat.

For Jared's fourth grade program, they dressed as pioneers and cowboys and did a program with dancing. Jared hates to dance, but he was selected to be one of a few to do a dance.
