HAPPY BIRTHDAY DREW

Today Drew turned Five Years old. We are so thankful to have him in our family. Here are a few older pictures of Drew through the years.

Things we all love about Drew are: he has a great personality, he says the funniest things, he always gives the best hugs, he loves being with his brothers.

When he was born he weighed 6lbs. 15 oz. and was 19 inches long. Jared was so excited he jumped up and down. Whenever he was fussy and we couldn't calm him down we would turn on a football game and he would calm down.

He is always loving to play sports. He is getting better at roller blading, has been riding a bike with no training wheel since he was 3 1/2, loves his golf clubs, his football, basketball, and baseball mitt and is now learning to play lacrosse.

He is always making the most precious faces. The things his Mom loves so much about him is listening to him in primary(he gives the best answers and sings all the songs nice and loud.), he is asks me "What can I do to help?" and most of all in his words: "I'm a momma's boy and proud of it.

Happy Birthday Drew.

PS Wish me luck. I have a birthday party tomorrow with 6 five year olds and next week with 7 eight year olds.

Summer Time

It has finally gotten hot here(around 105 degrees). We have had to find things to keep cool. Jared has been good to keep going to karate three times a week. He loves all the excercise he gets there.

Caleb loves playing on the neighbors stairs. He loves to climb up and down them like a big boy. He will be outside any chance gets. He doesn't know not fun to be 0ut when it is hot.

Drew has had fun playing dress up. He loves to pretend he is spiderman, Indiana Jones and Link.
This is Jared, Drew and their friends in the neighborhood they love to play with. They all play so well together.
Caleb looks so cute each time he gets ready for church, I am always taking his picture.

Odds and Ends!

While visiting Grandma Buttle, we took the boys to the BYU bookstore to get a new shirt. We went and took pictures of the boys by the cougar in front of the football stadium. A nice young man was diving by and saw us taking pictures of the boys. He stopped and asked if he could take a family picture. It was nice of him to take time out of his day.

In St. George we have many "water pad" parks. They are parks with water that shoots out of the ground and other fun water things for kids to play in and stay cool. Drew loved the water stairs.

Caleb thought the water falls were fun to play in .

Jared loves to read his Book of Mormon. We have started reading family scriptures at dinner. I am amazed how much more the boys have retained.

The Buttle boys with there new BYU shirts. They are so proud of them.

Grandma Rachel gave all the cousins hats and glasses for a parade.

Caleb and his little buddy Cody. They are about 3 weeks apart in age. I grew up with Cody's mom Susan. Susan and I are 3 days apart and grew up 2 houses away from each other.
